With not many opportunities in his hometown of Memphis, artist TRUB moves to Hotlanta to jumpstart his already flourishing music career surrounded by many talented artists like himself like Post Malone, Wiz Khalifa, Juicy J, Project Pat, Bruno Mars, Future, Gorilla Zoe, Plies, and Yung Ralph . Growing up in Memphis, he was always hungry to improve his artistry. After moving to Atlanta, he turned into a rap monster and became obsessed with being great in his craft.

After going on tours and producing singles and records, he has built a very supportive fan base. According to fans: “TRUB is a talented, cool, and level headed artist” while his friends would say “he’s a crazy, funny person but very stern about his music”. This gives more reasons as to why he is called TRUB Chef—“cooking up the hottest lyrics.”

Inspiring artists and lovers of music follow TRUB for his consistency. He says

“I’m very spiritual. My best advice is to make sure you give praises to God. You have to see that even in your downfalls, that there is always a way out”

The latest single “Top” has received almost 20k views in less than a week. With its melodic and catchy lyrics, TRUB describes this track as a representation of where he is planning to go and the new levels he will reach. “Top” is the lead single from his sophomore project, Genesis, due to release later this summer and now has been played on the top radio stations in Atlanta, Los Angeles, and other music meccas.

Aside from his music career, TRUB practices self care by playing basketball, golfing with his dad, watching movies, writing, and creating new business opportunities such as launching a clothing line. It doesn’t stop there – he is working hard and soon to be releasing more music and projects like ‘Appetizer 2′ and ‘Genesis Project,’ which is a playlist to be released this summer.
