If you’re a fan of Che Ecru (or an A&R at Sony Music), you may already be aware of the fact that he is one of the most talented unsung heroes of R&B. The L.A.-based singer-songwriter proved that once again with his latest release Pain Pack, his first collection of songs since his FAN OUT OF RUCKS EP back in March, featuring the sensational record “Likkle Ting“.
The tracks were released onto his favorite streaming service just a few days ago with the following message to his fans:
“I made this for anyone who feels like this to know that they’re not alone. These were all one take freestyles. I do not condone self harm. If you are in serious need of help please call (1-800-273-8255). Thank you for listening.”
The unmastered collection of five tracks includes the must hear “DONT LOVE ME” and “I’m fine“, and wraps up another quiet yet sensational year for Che. In addition to his aforementioned EP in March, he also released a string of amazing records throughout the year including “Like This“, “Wya“, and “Too Broke For The Club“, and had one of his first ever live performances at Soulection’s show at the Fonda Theatre in L.A. back in September. So before you tweet another complaint about the delay of his highly-anticipated REJECTION project, listen to the Pain Pack in its entirety below, and be sure to keep up with Che via:
