Get Out has been one of the most talked-about films of 2017. From memes to various challenges, comedian Jordan Peele’s creation has received a lot of love, and the numbers couldn’t agree more.

Despite just coming out in late February, Get Out is now the third highest-grossing R-rated horror film of all-time at $162.8 Million.

Peele has evolved to being more than a comedian, writing and directing an excellent horror film that has captivated a wide audience.

Here is where Get Out ranks among the top 10 (in millions):

1. The Exorcist: $232.9
2. Hannibal: $165
3. Get Out: $162.8
4. The Blair Witch Project: $140.5
5. The Conjuring: $137.4
6. The Silence of the Lambs: $130.7
7. Shutter Island: $128.0
8. Prometheus: $126.4
9. Paranormal Activity: $107.9
10. Black Swan: $106.9

Get out can easily take the #2 spot by the end of the month, since it’s still in theaters.

If you include PG and PG-13 rate movies, the film isn’t as high, but it’s still in the top 10. Here’s where it ranks (in millions):

1. The Sixth Sense: $293.5
2. Jaws: $260.0
3. Ghostbusters: $242.2
4. The Exorcist: $232.9
5. Signs: $227.9
6. World War Z: $202.3
7. The Mummy Returns: $202.0
8. Hannibal: $165.0
9. Get Out: $162.8
10. What Lies Beneath: $155.4

Get Out hits Blue-ray and DVD May 23, which includes a “darker alternate ending.” Peele’s horror debut is only just the start, suggesting that he has more where that came from.

If you haven’t seen┬áthe film, I advise you to get out of the “sunken place” as fast as possible and run to your local movie theater.
