After having a listening session earlier this week Camden, New Jersey rapper Mir Fontane releases his highly anticipated project Camden a day early via Mass Appeal. The tape is the follow-up to last years Who’s Watching The Kid and is his first release since inking a deal with 300 Ent.
Lead by the singles “Still In The Hood,” “WYD,” and “Down By The River,” the 12 track project has a lone feature from Kenif Muse with the production mostly handled by Kev Rodgers and Kenif Muse and some help from Maaly Raw and Jahlil Beats.“The album tells a story about the love/hate relationship a 24-year-old kid has with his dangerous and poor hometown,” he told Mass Appeal. “It’s a mixture of personal stories and some untold stories of my peers, dead and alive.”
