Everybody loves our favorite “lightskin” emcee Aubrey aka Drake because his music touches the lives of millions throughout the world. We love him so much, his label OVO decided to host an OVO festival in hopes of portraying him and other talented artists to the whole world. OVO fest will take place at the Budweiser Amphitheater in Toronto on Aug. 4 and Aug. 5 this year. However, instead of the usual big names, the 6 God has chosen a throwback theme with artists like B2K, Chingy, Mario, Lloyd, Pretty Ricky, Bobby V and the Ying Yang Twins set to perform.
This all sounds good because “old is new” but there has been a backlash to the festival. Ticket prices that range from 383 to near 3,00 had fans of him and everybody else bashing the festival throughout social media. No response yet from Drake’s camp has been issued. Twitter went ballistic with their responses! Check out their responses below!
