By the name of Ramy Mohamed Khodeir stepping out of Louisville, Kentucky is an enterprising musician persistent on increasing his visibility in the hyper-competitive world of hip hop. Since he can remember, he has been musically inclined growing up as a gifted student of both the violin and piano. Fast forward to his high school years, artists like Lil Uzi Vert would inspire him to take a chance at pursuing the genre he was always most adamant about: Hip-Hop.

He quickly became infatuated with the craft and soon after made crafting an original sound for himself a top priority. As an artist, Ramy prides himself on his originality. He utilizes his voice to spread positivity through an uplifting and encouraging message, one which is free of pessimism or profanity. This, combined with a contemporary sound, allows Ramy to cast a wide net on his audience, whilst simultaneously communicating hope and motivation.

Continuing down his musical path, Ramy releases his new EP, Live It Up. Throughout “Live It Up’s” roughly fifteen-minute run time, Each track manages to be a stand out song, standing alone with both great production and lyrical eloquence. Divinely produced by Khodeir himself, the album helps deliver a personal touch. The precise care put into “Live It Up” makes it sound like the work of a prolific professional, which only makes its independent status all the more impressive.
