According to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, 28-year old rapper DeAndre Cortez Way, aka Soulja Boy aka Big Draco was arrested last Friday morning. This time for a probation violation stemming from his most recent conviction (March 2017) on one of the felonies he was charged with between 2014-2016.

Quick debriefing, SB was arrested in 2014 (Dec.) for carrying a loaded firearm in public. After getting handed a 24 month probation sentence, police located a gun in his home (which is a direct violation of his probation order) around December 2016. Fast forward, after having his case continued and several other legal ramifications, Big Draco was given 5 years probation. (Pitchfork)
Is it any surprise how SB had the biggest comeback of 2018? After his highly-acclaimed interview with The Breakfast Club, SB can’t miss. His hot streak has included launching a new gaming console, a new app, and most recently inking a 30-million dollar deal with NBA team the LA Clippers.
SB also took to Instagram to announce his halftime performance at the Clippers vs Bulls game on March 15.
No details have surfaced at this time regarding the stipulations surrounding the deal, but Big Draco doesn’t appear to have plans of slowing down anytime soon.
Nothing but respect for this courageous young entrepreneur.
