DeVine is the stage name of Diandre Williams, an MC from Bronx, New York. His punchlines are strong, hard-hitting, and energetic, and his lyrics highlight racial issues, life struggles, and self-reflection. His song concepts are inspired by ’90s rap icons such as Common, Nas, and Outkast, however, his beats range from California DJ Mustard bounce to New York underground boom bap.

Williams began writing when he was 9 years old but started rapping in his second year of college. Devine’s first project, It’s My Turn, dropped in 2014. Beginning to understand more about the music industry, DeVine dropped Courtesy of Me in 2016, which is available on SoundCloud. Since then, DeVine has opened up for Eric Bellinger, Dave East, Fatman Scoop, Juelz Santana, and more. Meanwhile, Devine began to grow a social media presence once he started recording freestyles to some 90’s classics and working with Beyond Selfish Music Group.

At the end of June Devine released his debut studio album Rose which featured Blkbrd and Stephan. Check it out below along with the lead single “Amazing” and let us know your thoughts on the Bronx emcee.
