If you didn’t know, then Tanya Nolan will tell you she’s not going anywhere! The accomplished singer-songwriter continuously shows no signs of slowing down as she continues to release a collection of music for her ever-growing fanbase. Her newest single “No Pressure” samples the 1982 iconic “And I’m Telling You I’m Not Going” while using a contemporary twist. The Bruce Bang production features that classic stripped down R&B beat that allows Tanya’s Texas growl to dance all over the track.
Hailing from Houston by way of Galveston, she brings that southern soul to this tale about mutual attraction. Tanya’s sonics have garnered her Grammy attention as well as a domestic and international following. The Dang Films directed, “No Pressure” visual is set on a beautiful beach with Tanya overlooking a sunset. There are also shots of Tanya on the sand, singing to the camera and others where she’s in a warehouse, looking out into the horizon. The track finds Tanya soaring from long high notes to deep hooks with ease.
