Despite the shady “Motorsport” lyrics, the infamous shoe thrown at a Harper’s Bazaar party, the interviews, instagram posts and Evelyn Lozado level merch, T.I. still thinks there is room for two Queens of Rap.

With the success of the original in Atlanta, T.I decided to bring his Trap Museum from Atlanta to LA with his Lil Trap House Pop Up. The pop up featured installations dedicated to artists like Nipsey Hussle, YG, Pusha T, Young Jeezy, Gucci Mane, Future, Rick Ross, Migos, Young Thug, T.I. himself and lets not forget Cardi B and Nicki Minaj.

The installation for the NY bred rappers features a room with a split throne. If nothing else comes of this, we have to admire T.I’s optimism and rationality. If the installation didn’t speak for itself, T.I had some words during during an Instagram Live video with a fan.

“I think they can both co-exist. I don’t think nothing Cardi do can interrupt nothing Nicki does and nothing Nicki do can interrupt..you know what I mean…”

When the fan suggested the two collab one day, T.I said “One day…one step at a time.”

So far the fans aren’t feeling it. They’ve called Tip fake and disrespectful. What do you think? Let’s remember, it happened once and rap feuds usually end in a collab, right?
